Have you ever wondered what would happen if you went all out, giving it your all for 30 days straight? Would you see significant changes in your body and overall health? These were the questions we aimed to answer with the Wood On Demand challenge. In this blog, I will share my personal results from the challenge and give you insights into what could happen if you decided to try it yourself.

About Me

Hi, my name is Brian, also known as Uncle B. For the past 25 years, I have been a men's performance coach with Good Wood. As a coach, I have faced various challenges to determine what works best for me and what I can incorporate into my routine. At 52 years old, about to turn 53, I wanted to shed some weight and improve my overall health. I follow a predominantly plant-based diet, with occasional indulgences like chicken. Additionally, I have a high stress level that affects my sleep, which was something I wanted to address through this challenge.

My Routine

Let me walk you through my daily routine, so you can understand the areas I aimed to improve. Your health is largely determined by your habits and patterns, so it's important to analyze your routine. Each morning, I start by using a meditation app called Cal, followed by breathing exercises to relax and reduce stress. I have a comprehensive stress routine that I practice daily. As an early bird, I get to work right after my morning routine. In the middle of the day, I hit the gym for a CrossFit workout. After that, it's back to work. I break my fast around 12-1 pm and try to finish eating by 7 pm. In the evenings, I either go for a walk or return to the gym. I aim to be in bed by 10 pm to ensure a good night's sleep.

My Food List

Instead of just talking about my diet, I thought it would be better to show you what I eat by incorporating these foods into a smoothie. My smoothie includes spinach, sweet potatoes, bananas, ashwagandha, cacao, blueberries, and lemon. This combination provides a powerful boost to sexual health. Alongside my diet, I also take supplements from Good Wood, including Maca, ashwagandha, black seed oil, and Good Wood Advanced, which contains a blend of eleven different herbs. These supplements are designed to support testosterone levels, energy, endurance, mood, memory, and libido.

The Results

The most incredible thing about this 30-day challenge is that the improvements were not obvious to the naked eye. However, I could feel them internally. As we age, we tend to take our health for granted, but when you focus on improving your well-being, it becomes a natural process. I noticed that I no longer experienced aches and pains, and my erections were stronger and more frequent. Adding cayenne pepper to my diet also had a positive impact on my sexual health. I experienced better sleep, increased flexibility, improved vision, clearer skin, and softer facial hair. My gym performance improved, and I had no issues with recovery. My memory also improved, and I felt more confident in the bedroom.
