Instructions: 

• Store Sea Moss Gel IMMEDIATELY upon delivery in the fridge. (If you have an extra jar, we recommend transferring it from glass jar to a plastic container and freeze it; freezing the jar may break)

• It can be kept in the fridge for up to 4 weeks  

• 1-2 table spoons is the recommended amount daily.
